Get change notifications in your Teams channels
Overview
Connect PageDrifter to Microsoft Teams to receive change notifications directly in your team channels. Perfect for organizations already using Teams for collaboration.
Setup Guide
1Create an Incoming Webhook in Teams
- Open Microsoft Teams and go to your channel
- Click the ... menu next to the channel name
- Select Connectors
- Find Incoming Webhook and click Configure
- Give it a name (e.g., "PageDrifter") and optionally upload an image
- Click Create
- Copy the webhook URL
You need to be a team owner or have connector permissions to create webhooks.
2Add to PageDrifter
- Go to your PageDrifter dashboard
- Edit your monitor
- Paste the Teams webhook URL in the Notifications section
- Save and test
Tip: Teams webhook URLs look like: https://outlook.office.com/webhook/...
Notification Format
PageDrifter sends notifications as Teams Adaptive Cards with:
- Monitor name and URL
- Change percentage and summary
- Timestamp
- Button to view the full diff
Troubleshooting
Can't find Connectors option?
Your organization may have disabled connectors. Contact your IT admin to enable them.
Webhook stopped working?
Teams webhooks can expire or be disabled. Check the connector settings and regenerate if needed.
