PageDrifter provides website monitoring and change detection services. We monitor websites you specify and notify you when changes are detected according to your preferences.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
You must verify your email address by clicking the confirmation link we send before your account is activated
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

Monitor websites without proper authorization where required
Overload or interfere with websites you monitor or our Service
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Scrape, harvest, or collect data for purposes that violate privacy laws
Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair our Service
Use the Service for competitive intelligence in violation of any laws

5. Subscription and Payment

5.1 Plans

We offer various subscription plans, including a free tier. Paid plans provide additional features and higher limits as described on our pricing page.

5.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period.

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by PageDrifter and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
All changes to monitored websites will be detected
Notifications will be delivered immediately - by default, change notifications are consolidated into a daily digest email sent at 8:00 AM UTC

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PageDrifter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable member state, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
